Cytokine Inflammation Diseases Will Be the Diseases of the 21st Century

Cytokine (Immune chemical) diseases will become more clear in the ensuing years. Recently Tension headache was associated with higher Interleukin-6 levels.

Cytokines have become the wild card in 21st century diseases:

Levels were:

In chronic tension headaches, the levels are 8 times as high. Things are so inflamed, nothing can shut it off. I tried on patient with semineurolytic lidocaine to trigger points in tension headaches. She felt wonderful for a few days, then the headaches can back – nothing can shut the triggers off when the inflammation is so high.
