People who were given botulinum for migraines found coincidentally that phobia and dry eye symptoms improved as well.

- not clear whether readings are pre or post headache photophobia readings but likely phtophobia with migraine
Results: photophobia dropped from 7.91 to 5.27/10 and dry eye from 5.4 to 4.68/10
they felt results would warrant checking out results in cases without migraine.
Comment – photophobia results are impressive but dry eye not so much,
