Is job rotation effective for prevention of work-related musculoskeletal disorders and sick leave?

no abstract
- did not reduce sick leave for musculoskeletal illness.
- did reduce hand and wrist pains
Comment – perhaps someone in a particular job gets work-hardened to that and a new recruit would be susceptible to injury until work hardened. Rotation sounded like a great idea, but didn’t seem to work that well.
