knee osteoarthritis in people older than 40 years but only in about 10% more people than with placebo.”

Comment – article suggests it might be useful in Chondromalacia patella and knee pains over 40 maybe try. I only use where desperate. Prolotherapy to knee, perineural Saphenous nerve tract D5W injections with Saphenous nerve blocks are alternatives for resistant cases.
