- 82% had >50% response over 1-3 months
- I have seen cases of headaches with negative imaging [xray – regretably not CT] still respond to antibiotics making me think sinus issues lowers threshold to migraines
Comment – refractory sinus headaches should be given trial of tryptans; I use steroid to break a stataus migraine (often kenalog 60 mg IM) and that could help sinus issues as well… trial nasal steroids…
