Benefits of Group Laughter – Endophins and Social Bonding

Recent study suggests social laughter stimulates endophins and encourages social bonding. This makes a case for Laughter Yoga

Comment – would like to use laughter yoga in chronic pain victims but not sure what sort of tolerance peopple would have from sitting and how long. Now I find there are on line laughter clubs:
