Telling If Your Cat Is Using Opioids

Cashing in on recent opioid phobia, I offer this synopsis on how you can tell if your cat is using drugs…

Pain management in cats – past, present and future. Part 2. Treatment of pain – clinical
pharmacology. S.A. Robertsona, P.M. Taylor. Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery (2004) 6, 321-333

Cats might be using opioids if:

1) Cats can tend to go hypomanic (hyper) on opioids.

2) You find your cat has pawned some of her play toys

3) Cat always seems to hang around cupboard you keep your opioids in.

4) Lastly, you can tell by the look in their eyes…

Comment – Just couldn’t help myself with this one…
