- Soya consisted of tofu, soy milk, fresh soy beans, and other soy products
- Results were similar in estrogen positive or negative or if on Tamoxifen
- High soya use was over 15.31 gm/day = 46 mls soy nuts, but benefits plateaued at a dose of 11 gm/day = 33 mls soy nuts (about 2 tablespoons); other conversions here
