- One omega-3 capsule (comprising 180 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid plus 120 mg of docosahexaenoic acid) daily for 3 months

Comment – three months of a trivial dose omega 3 can cut cramp pains in 1/2. Less well controlled trials found benefit in Fibromyalgia.
